• Please have your child to school on time. If your child arrives AFTER 8 a.m., please be sure to SIGN THEM IN at the office SO THEY ARE NOT counted ABSENT! Front doors close at 8 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• There is NO PARKING/DRIVING in the bus loop prior to 8 a.m. or after 2 p.m.

• Harrison County School’s policy: Birthday party invitations are no longer allowed to be distributed. Flowers and gifts for students and staff are not accepted at any time.

• No outside food or drink from area establishments are permitted to be served for lunch (ex. McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, etc.)

• Please DO NOT bring your pets with you to pick up your child at dismissal or at drop off.

• Absences/Early Dismissals: If your child is absent, leaves early, or arrives late, be sure to submit a note to the office – either parent or doctor note.

• ALL parent and doctor excuses must be turned in to the office within 3 days of returning to school.

• Excuses can also be submitted daily at https://harcoboe.net/absence.

• Students are allowed 10 parent notes annually.

• No phone calls regarding absences will be accepted.
